Here are some fun and interesting websites that you and your students can check out and enjoy!

Gustafer Yellowgold is an Earth-loving immigrant from the sun, he is 10 years old in Earth years, according to creator Morgan Taylor, but slightly older in sun years. (Taylor isn't sure exactly how many sun years equal an Earth year, but he says Gustafer was old enough to leave home and settle in a remote part of Minnesota.) Gustafer has a passion for jumping on cakes and smashing pies.

The New York Philharmonic Kidzone is a great site with lots of fun and educational games and activities! "The Game Room" is full of match games, scavenger hunts, and more. Learn more about instruments in the "Instrument Storage Room". Meet the Conductors and Solist of the NY Phil is the "Dressing Room". Learn how to make your own instruments in the "Instrument Lab". Meet the musicians in the "Musician's Lounge". Create your own music in "The Composition Workshop". Learn about famous Composers in "The Composers' Gallery".

DSO Kids is the Dallas Symphony Orchestra's website full of games, activities, and free music to listen to! Musicans can play games such as "Time Machine", "Beethoven's Baseball", "Music Match", and "Picture Paint". You can listen to music by many different Composers from different styles of music as well as listen to the sounds of many different instruments! There are also lots fo activities you can do at home with your student including making different instruments out of house hold materials!

Classics For Kids is a great website to have fun with Classical Music! You can listen to music and hear audio shows about different music and composers. There are games such as "Compose Your Own Music", "Match the Rhythms", "Note Names", and "Composer Time Machine". Have fun exploring classical music and composers!
